Tactical Aircrew Armoured Inflatable Vest (TAAIV)

A versatile and practical vest incorporating an inflatable life jacket with the ability to contain softor hard armour to protect the life jackets
and the wearer from bullet and other fragmentation attacks. The jacket gives considerable extra comfort and flexibility in
comparison to traditional life jackets that are often considered bulky and unduly restrictive for both pilot, aircrew or passengers.

The jacket offers enhanced protection for escape and evasion by allowing the life jacket to be inflated and deflated at will to allow water crossing.
