We provide a mail order service on all products featured on the Englands web site.

All goods are subject to availability and all prices are subject to change without notice.

Orders can be placed by mail, telephone, fax and e-mail as well as direct from this site via our secure server.

TERMS OF BUSINESS

Please send payment with your order, either cheque, postal order, Access/Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo or JCB.

SECURITY

All orders are transmitted over a secure connection and our on-line store is maintained on a secure server. All credit card numbers are encrypted when your order is placed and are deleted once your order has been processed.

PRICES

Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. There is VAT exemption for non-EEC countries and VAT registered customers. Responsibility for local taxes and duties on orders sent VAT free rests with the customer.

POSTAGE

Please see delivery information for delivery charges. Postage will be charged on all goods returned for exchange.

DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER

Most goods will be despatched within 2 working days of receipt of the order, but please allow up to 7 days in the UK. A signature will be required on delivery in the UK.

The company is not liable for loss or damage arising once goods have left the company's premises.

ENGLANDS GUARANTEE

If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return your goods, unused and in their original packaging within 14 days, using the form supplied with the delivery advice. We will be happy to provide a full refund or replacement.
